We are accepting proposals on a rolling basis until we fill the positions. All proposals must be submitted via email to: dawn@placecorps.org with subject line:

PLACE CORPS LEADERSHIP TEAM APPLICATION

Please submit a 500-word summary along with a full proposal that outlines what parts of our Kingston Service Fellowship curriculum you are easily able and wanting to facilitate, along with areas of interest you want to lean into as a supportive steward rather than lead steward. The summary should describe a focused, idea-driven concept and action plan to develop Place Corps programming aligned with the Just Transition. 

The proposal should make evident:

• What role models and sources of inspiration have influenced your approach as a facilitator?

• What is your personal guiding mission and how does it align with the Place Corps mission to cultivate a calling to know, love, and serve our places?

• Any past experiences that make you qualified to undertake the work described.

• How do you typically show up in a small team dynamic? What role do you typically play?

• Examples of when you’ve initiated and led projects? Supported projects?

• Please describe a time when you initiated and led a project. What was your leadership style in that example? What challenges and successes did you encounter?

• Do you feel you would be a better fit for Steward A, B, or some mix of both?

• See curriculum categories and identify which parts of the PC curriculum you would like to facilitate and have experience in.

In addition to the written proposal, please include two personal and two professional references, and a resume.
