MENTOR COMMITTMENT

One year commitment:

(6 months during fellowship, 6 months post fellowship)

• 4 hours per month (in person connection).

• Serve as a positive role model, listening ear, and trusted guide.

• Maintain appropriate boundaries and respect mentee confidentiality.

• Report back to Place Corps Staff lead on:

  • Mentee achievements and milestones.

  • Any challenges, concerns, or areas where additional support is needed.
