Kat Egan (She/her), Growth Director, brings decades of experience in partnerships, leadership, strategy and organizational growth. She is a female pioneer with an entrepreneurial spirit and talent for connecting people, experiences and opportunities that foster innovation, vision, belonging and culture.
She holds a passion for helping drive transformative change. As an early champion for culture, creativity and community, Kat began her career with non-profit art centers and museums including Washington DC's Project for the Arts, San Francisco Asian Art Museum, SF ArtSpace. Central Park SummerStage and Radio City Music Hall. She collaborated with artist and musician, David Byrne, for over many years helping run his global music label, Luaka Bop. Kat was the founder / CEO of the award- winning creative agency Exopolis.
Kat has held leadership roles with many forward-thinking organizations across the globe, including FutureWomenX — a community of courageous, ambitious, female leaders united in a mission to elevate women. She partners with corporations such as NBCU, Penguin Random House, Estee Lauder, Google, and more in her coaching work, Soul Kat.
Kat lives in Hudson, NY and greatly appreciates the Hudson Valley light, land, fertile gardens and creative vibrant communities.
