THE INTERNSHIP
Place Corps is seeking Design Interns to join the Outreach Team in supporting design creation and community activations through hands-on, project-specific campaigns. The ideal candidate is curious about social media, community engagement, and storytelling. We’re looking for imaginative and creative problem solvers interested in design and collaboration.
Place Corps’ Design Intern will have the opportunity to support creative initiatives from social media content creation to zine making and campaign activations through community building and outreach. This role will have direct access to the creative process and community development with training in strategic thinking and the design process.
OBJECTIVE
Create awareness of the Kingston Fellowship! Projects may have a focus that highlights Fellowship Curriculum, with possible themes such as: Entrepreneurship & Finance, Urban and Regenerative Farming, Storytelling & New Media, Community Organizing, Design-Build, the Arts and more.
