Need Support Post-Place Corps? We offer Individualized Service Coordination!

We’re excited to continue supporting our Alumni even after the fellowship ends! Through Service Coordination, each Alumni is eligible to receive up to 2 hours per month of individualized support in the following areas:

🔹 Professional Development

  • Job search assistance

  • Resume and cover letter support

  • Skill-building resources

  • College applications

  • And more to help you grow professionally!

🔹 Mental Health & Wellness

  • Guidance in finding mental and physical health services

  • Support in building healthy wellness practices

🔹 Community Engagement

  • Connections to civic engagement and volunteer opportunities

  • Continued involvement in Place Corps initiatives

  • Resources to help you stay rooted in meaningful work

🔹 Adulting & Practical Life Skills

  • Financial literacy and budgeting support

  • Connections to community resources

  • Guidance in setting and achieving personal life goals
